Life Purpose Coaching

“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”

~Mark Twain

Health risk associations of not living with life purpose:

  • Heart attack and stroke - risk 50% greater

  • All cause mortality - 50% greater.

  • Alzheimer’s- risk doubled

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

In time research will likely link more diseases.  Living a life without purpose is not only potentially deadly but always fatal to one’s dreams.

Let’s quit looking at the problem and start focusing on getting you on a path with passion.  By doing so you take back your power and begin creating your dream. Each of us was put here to bring forth something significant and wonderful.  It’s never too late.

But how does one get started?  It takes four steps:

  1. Take responsibility for everything in your life and stop blaming your parents, the situation, someone else, the system or aliens.  Now you hold the cards and we can start identifying and playing to your values, strengths and passions.

  2. Don’t discard your cards yet!  Your problem is your opportunity.  A plan can now be developed with specific measures and desired outcomes.

  3. Go to Vegas- just kidding.  Ask yourself two questions:

    1. “What would living my life purpose do for me?”

    2. “What’s the dollar value to be living my life purpose?”

  4. Hire an experienced life purpose coach that you’re comfortable with and trust.  This will save you tremendous amounts of time and money. A coach will accelerate your progress, hold you accountable and be your partner in freedom.
